Cancellation

At Scauros, we understand that flexibility is key for our clients. Our structured cancellation policy allows for adjustments when necessary:

Semi-annual Projects

Clients are obliged to provide a 30-day written notice ahead of the proposed cancellation date.

Annual Projects

For those in annual contracts, a 90-day written notice is required to process a cancellation.

These notice periods are in place to facilitate a smooth transition and efficient reallocation of resources.

Delivery

Timely delivery of digital products is a hallmark of Scauros. We establish a definitive delivery date at the commencement of each project. Should there be a need to modify this date, our team commits to maintaining open and clear communication with our clients.

Deposit

To secure a project with Scauros, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. This ensures your project is prioritized in our workflow and covers initial developmental costs. This deposit policy is not typically applicable to semi-annual or annual contracts, which are governed by separate terms.

Refunds

Scauros is confident in the value and quality of our services. Standard policy does not allow for refunds, but we recognize that special cases may warrant exceptional consideration. In such events, refunds will be evaluated on an individual basis, considering the extent of work completed. The authority to grant a refund lies solely with Scauros, and our aim is to find a solution that is fair for all parties involved.
